=== USAGE ============================================================

logresolve [options] < input_log > output_log

 [features to add...]
 -s - sends stats to stderr (use >& to redirect)

 -b : use <DBM file> for persistent cache
 -x : use <lockfile> to maintain exclusivity

 -l : <usages> after which we should look something up again
 -a : <seconds> after which we should look something up again
 -r : repeat failed lookups if they come out of the cache older than
      <seconds> seconds. Implies -k.
 -k : keep failed lookups in DBM cache

 -i : use <separator> as IP# separator (e.g. "-d ' '" makes "127 0 0 1" valid)
 -s : use <separators> as field separators. (e.g. "-s ',:')
 -f : use <field> (default = 0) for IP number
